Thai Reflexology
Thai Reflexology is heaven for your calves and feet. Enjoy a relaxing foot and calf massage to help release tension through out the entire body. Pressure points are then stimulated on the bottoms of the feet, each point corresponding to an organ, helping to bring the body back into balance.

Tok Sen
This traditional Thai massage technique magically melts knots, eases blockages and provides a surprisingly relaxing addition to any massage! Using a rosewood hammer and chisel, the sen lines of the body are tapped to create space for blockages to move out and through. The rhythmic vibration adds another layer of healing to each session! Tok Sen will be intuitively woven into each session, as needed, allowing a deeper, more cohesive release of stress, tension and dis-ease.

Thai Herbal Compress
This traditional Thai massage technique is a divine addition to any table massage! The relaxing heat and moisture in addition to the benefits of the herbs provides a deeply healing experience. Whether you’re suffering from skin conditions, muscles aches and pains or joint inflammation, these magical compresses will have you feeling amazing in no time! Compresses will be intuitively woven in throughout the session.
*Please note the herbs will likely discolor skin. Hot towels are used and will be provided after each session so you can towel off but I would avoid wearing light colors.

Facial Cupping/Gua Sha
This ancient traditional Chinese modality has been used for centuries to detoxify the skin, rejuvenate the face and leave you feeling (and looking!) years younger. This session helps to smooth fine lines and wrinkles, detoxify the skin, release tension in the muscles of the face, reduce puffiness and inflammation and flush the lymphatic system.
This session will begin with a relaxing head and scalp massage, I’ll use a jade roller, jade gua sha stones and facial cups (no they aren’t left on the skin for prolonged periods of time and you will not look like an octopus attacked you!) to massage the muscles of the face and neck. An acupuncture pen (its a metal wand, no needles!) will be used to stimulate certain pressure points that will leave your skin glowing and fresh. This can be a stand alone 60 minute session or added on to any existing table session. Its the perfect addition to your massage, facelift without going under the knife!

Cupping
Cupping is an ancient modality that uses suction to pull blood to an area so the body can work it’s magic to release toxins, lymphatic build up and helps soften tight muscles. Cups are usually placed on the back and shoulders for up to 30 minutes and may result in marks, welts and or bruising. This is part of the healing process and completely normal.

VSteams
Vsteams have been used for centuries for a multitude of reasons. They help ease infections ( bacterial, yeast, uti’s), lessen the severity of heavy periods, reduce fibroids and cysts, to increase fertility, help balance hormones and even aid in digestive complaints.
Each vsteam session is customized with herbs specific to your concerns and comes with a pot of herbal tea for you to sip while you steam. The perfect addition to any session or as a stand alone.

These magical tools help balance chakras and elevate the vibration within the body and auric field. By activating the forks and placing them on specific areas of the body, you’ll feel the vibration physically and energetically, leaving you feeling grounded yet somehow simultaneously light! This session can be booked as a 30 minute add on to an existing session or as a 60 minute stand alone session.

Energy Clearing
Have you every felt heavy, disregulated, foggy and exhausted? It may not just be lack of sleep! Sometimes our energy is drained by situations, experiences or even other people. Clearing and smudging is a powerful way to help lift the fog and leave you feeling clear and open!

Whether you’re experiencing gastrointestinal discomfort, dealing with IBS or Reflex, or just want to feel lighter and more open, abdominal massage is for you! Abdominal massage can also help with fertility concerns, heavy periods or suffer from fibroids and cysts. Castor oil is used to help reduce inflammation and break up any possible cysts or fibroids. Leaving you feeling light and open!
