Welcome!

Whether you’re new to massage or just Ashley Masters Healing Arts, Welcome! Taking care of yourself body, mind and soul is such an important part of feeling your best and living an amazing life. Massage, energy work and yoga are just a few of the modalities I offer and they all help you process stress, release trauma and move forward with clarity in the most painfree way possible. I’m honored to be a part of your healing journey!

Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your experience here is easeful!

  1. When booking, please make sure you utilize the comment section on Square Up booking app. This allows me to be prepared for your session, ensuring you receive exactly what you signed up for! This is especially important for New Client Specials, Package Follow ups, and Gift Certificate redemptions. If there are any changes to your health or needs you can include them here too!

  2. It is imperative that you fill out my Intake Forms ahead of time! This allows me to customize your session, prepare for additional modalities if applicable, and most importantly ensures your safety. You’ll only have to fill this out once!

  3. Please be punctual. I pride myself in offering the full table time in our session together. I can only do this if you’re on time. I maintain a full schedule and I unfortunately am not able to extend sessions.

    *Please note, GPS will likely lead you astray. My office is located at 1419 E. 7th St, Charlotte NC 28204. The driveway is off E 7th and is a one way street in between the day care and the gorgeous White House ( that’s me!) Parking is in the back, to the right. Enter through the back door, the restroom is on the right if you need it and the waiting room is to the left. Please have a seat and I’ll come grab you momentarily! After the magic happens you’ll exit through the back driveway which dumps out onto Beaumont Ave.

  4. Please make sure you maintain proper hygiene. We work in close proximity with one another and to ensure both of our health, it’s incredibly important. I do offer a complimentary array of refreshening supplies in my office should you need them prior to your appointment and after!

  5. Please wait in the lobby when you arrive. I poured my heart into creating a welcoming, serene space so feel free to relax and have a seat! There’s a restroom to the right when you enter the lobby if you need it! I’ll pop downstairs and grab you a few minutes before your session is set to begin!

  6. If you are sick, please reach out to reschedule. In an effort to keep all my clients healthy (not to mention myself and family!) I would prefer to reschedule as oppose to risk contaminating others. Fevers, runny noses, excessive sneezing are all symptoms your immune and nervous systems are struggling and need more rest! I do not offer refunds but in the case of sickness or family emergencies I will happily reschedule your appointment.
