Prenatal is Swedish massage for expectant mamas. This side lying massage is specifically tailored to help ease the aches, stretching and growing pains associated with pregnancy. Mamas in their second trimester on are encouraged to book this massage, first trimester massage is not offered, but reiki is an amazing first trimester option. Mamas who are 38 weeks and beyond may book induction massage, similar to prenatal, induction massage is intended to bring on labor by stimulating specific pressure points.

The Prenatal Package

Just for the pregnant goddess, this package is 2.5 hours of bliss for the mama to be!

Ease your tired feet in an herbal foot soak while you sip organic, herbal tea from Five Goddess Farm. Continue the pampering with a 90 minute prenatal massage and end with a 30 minute reiki session to ease anxiety and calm the nervous system. You'll leave feeling as if you're walking on a cloud!

Reiki

Reiki is perfect for the first trimester to help ease nausea, anxiety, aches and pains, and soothe both mama and baby!

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work. It balances the body on every level, energetically (chakras), physically and even mentally. Reiki is used to help ease pain, distress, depression and bring clarity (I call it magic) into your life. Leave a session feeling like you’re walking on air, light yet grounded! I’ve been a reiki practitioner for over 7 years though I’ve been an energy worker and medium my whole life. I can’t wait to connect with you!

What to expect in a session.

Clients lay fully clothed on a massage table while I use traditional and intuitive hand positions to transmit reiki. Clients can expect to feel heat, warm fuzzies as I call them, waves of relaxation and emotional responses are completely normal!
