Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
I have a 7 day cancellation/reschedule policy. If you cancel or reschedule outside of that window your payment will be forfeited and if you have a package, one session will be deducted. This helps allow my waitlisted clients a coveted appointment time and ensures that my time and energy is respected. If there is an emergency please contact me to discuss.
Booking an Appointment
Full payment is due at time of booking. Whether you choose to purchase a single session or a package. This reserves your appointment and ensures that the energy exchange that begins at time of booking is honored.
Refund Policy
I do not offer refunds, whether for single sessions, packages or trainings. If you need to reschedule and give at least 7 days notice I will happily reschedule your appointment. If you’re rescheduling a one on one training I ask that you give no less than 7 days notice as a lot of energy, time and investment on my end goes into them. If you’re attempting to reschedule a group training, I ask for at least 7 days notice and you will be waitlisted for the next group training.
Gratuity
Is it necessary to leave gratuity?
It is customary to leave gratuity with most services. It’s not required but always appreciated.
No Smoking/Vaping
The wellness center is a smoke free space. Please do not smoke or vape in or around the building. If you’re a smoker, please make sure you shower before your appointment. Thank You!
